I'm a therapist based in Paris, specialising in supporting English-speaking expatriates and professionals. I am committed to helping individuals and organisations cultivate healthier, more balanced lives.
My experience spans 15 years in teaching, coaching, and mental health support, both in international settings and corporate environments. Prior to becoming a counsellor in 2022, I lived in Singapore between 2008 and 2021, where I began my career as an international school teacher in History and English. In 2016, I founded my own language teaching business in Singapore, and began working as a yoga teacher in 2019.
My own life has been a story of adaptation and growth, giving me an understanding of the pressures that professionals and expatriates face in their journeys of change.
I practice integrative counselling meaning that my approach is tailored to each client and can include techniques from psychology, mindfulness, and creative practices. Whether you're facing stress, anxiety, burnout, or major life transitions, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.

At the core of my practice is empathy and genuine curiosity. I'm interested in understanding how you experience the world—what's driving your feelings, your reactions, your choices—especially the things that might not be immediately obvious or easy to put into words.
A lot of people come to therapy feeling a bit lost or disconnected from themselves. Often, life in a new place like Paris can stir up questions about identity, relationships, and what really matters to you. Together, we take the time to slow things down and make sense of what's going on beneath the surface. My role is to help you explore your emotions in a way that feels safe, respectful, and grounded. Over time, that process can bring more clarity about what you need and where you want to go next.
Clients often tell me they find our work grounding. It's not just about uncovering deeper truths—although that's an important part—but also about keeping things in perspective. Life can feel overwhelming, and therapy can be a space to reconnect with yourself, understand what really matters, and find a steadier footing in your life.
Let's work together to create lasting well-being—whether in your personal life or within your workplace.
